Directions:
The initial recommendation for use of NITROXX is 2 capsules twice daily. Benefits are best achieved and sustained with consistent long-term use and regular exercise. Taking it with a small amount of carbohydrate (e.g. a banana, a slice of wholemeal bread) may facilitate absorption, whereas protein may interfere with absorption.
